BuildWork

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Who provides the service

BuildWork is provided by NGMI OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the company you represent.

What the service is

BuildWork lets a company define its own work-order templates, create and track orders against them, manage materials and related records, and work in it as a team. Features may change as the product develops; a feature changing shape will not cost you access to data you have entered.

Accounts and companies

Using the service beyond the public playground requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. A company workspace is controlled by its owners; a member leaving or being removed does not delete the company’s records.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to it, do not upload malicious content, and do not store data you have no right to store.

Your data

The templates, orders and records you enter belong to you or your company. We process them only to provide the service and we do not sell them. When your use of the service ends, you may request deletion of your company’s data.

Cookies

The service sets only cookies it cannot work without: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and small preference cookies that remember the language and theme you chose (mirrored in your browser’s local storage). There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so the service does not ask for cookie consent — there is nothing optional to consent to. If that ever changes, consent will be asked first and these terms updated.

Billing

The service has a free tier with limits and paid per-seat subscriptions billed through Stripe, our payment processor. The prices, limits and billing intervals shown at checkout at the time of purchase are the ones that apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges, over-limit areas become read-only, and your data is not deleted.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit or interrupted production.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, giving notice where that is reasonable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by Harju County Court, Estonia.
